By submitting payment or riding on the float, I acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Zodiac Float and the Krewe of Argus, as well as all Jefferson Parish Parade Participant Regulations.I further agree to hold harmless, release, and indemnify the Zodiac Float and the Krewe of Argus from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to my participation or presence on the float, including in the event of injury, loss, or damage.
